Pazzi: from pizza-making robots to a product ready to scale.

PIBRA (Grupo Pinto Brasil) had the hard part solved: robots making fresh pizza in minutes, 24 hours a day. What was missing was the software that connects the machines, the business and the maintenance — and lets them offer Pazzi without the stress. We came in as the technology partner to build it.

FlieSense: the adhesive board, read by AI, not by eye.

Agurys wanted to take pest control beyond eyeballed estimates. Traditionally, the technician inspects the adhesive board and estimates the insects captured. FlieSense turns that into an AI workflow: photograph the board, the AI engine reads the surface, counts — and the technician validates and generates the report.

NEXA: lightweight, integrated tools for projects and support.

Market tools for managing projects and running support are powerful but heavy — expensive, full of options nobody uses, and you end up bending your process to the tool. NEXA is our answer: lightweight products, tried first on our own operation, integrated with what's already there. For now, a project manager and a helpdesk.

HydruSensor: wireless urodynamic exams, even at home.

Hydrumedical had the hardware to modernise urodynamic exams — Bluetooth sensors instead of wires and dated machines. What was missing was the software that makes it a real experience: apps for the patient, the technician and the clinic, and a system that ties it all together. We built that layer — including letting the exam continue at home.

Quinta da Regaleira: book on your phone, your plate opens the gate.

Quinta da Regaleira is one of Sintra's most visited monuments — and vehicle access was a queue problem. We built a system that lets approved vehicles book their visit on a phone and pass through a dedicated lane, recognised by their plate: the camera reads it and the light turns green. Software wired to the actual gate.

Vimaponto ran its operation on a planning system, VMP Plan, connected to the Primavera ERP. The data was there — what was missing was a way for anyone to ask and act without navigating screen by screen. We built an AI agent that sits on top of the existing software: it asks, answers with real data, and triggers actions.
