Data controller

Inflight IT is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy matter, the main contact is info@inflightit.com.

Data we collect

At this stage, the website may collect navigation data through Google Analytics, such as visited pages, device, browser, traffic source and general interactions.

When someone uses the contact form, we collect name, email, company, project stage, message, language, the idea blueprint summary when submitted and the consent given in the form itself.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact form data is used to reply to the enquiry, qualify the commercial opportunity and keep follow-up history. The legal basis is the consent given in the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.

Analytics data is used to understand website usage, improve content and measure lead sources. In Portugal and the wider EEA, analytics relying on cookies should be subject to the applicable consent requirement.

Sharing and processors

Data may be handled with the support of technical suppliers used by Inflight IT to run the website and answer enquiries, including hosting, Payload CMS, Resend for transactional email, Slack for internal notifications and Google Analytics for measurement.

When Google Analytics is used, some processing may involve Google infrastructure outside Portugal and, depending on the service configuration, outside the EEA. In those cases, use of the service relies on the supplier's applicable contractual and organisational safeguards.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

Commercial enquiries are kept only for the time needed to respond, follow up the opportunity and comply with any related legal or administrative obligations.

Analytics data is subject to the retention periods configured in Google Analytics and is no longer used for measurement when consent is refused or withdrawn on the website.

Concrete retention periods may vary depending on the commercial relationship that follows, but the data is not kept once it is no longer necessary for the purposes above.

Data subject rights

Any person may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of their data under applicable law.

Requests should be sent to info@inflightit.com. Where relevant, a complaint may also be submitted to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
